Default Best clamps to use when replacing N80 valve?

Received the P0441 cel today, and since I just had that part of the engine apart to check the cam follower wear (absolutely fine with 120K miles on it), I figure I must have brutalized it when I was working on the car (or at 120K, it's just time).

The original part is in place with the oetiker clamps that appear to be standard with this engine. I have lots of the spring-style clamps left over from working on other cars (subaru), will these suffice or should I go out and acquire an Oetiker crimper and crimp-ring set?
