California Emissions

What is the difference in cars that pass California emissions and cars that pass Missouri emissions? I live in St. Louis and looking to purchase a '09 Audi. I can only locate the model with the options I want in California. I've heard that there are complications with servicing cars from CA. I've yet to find someone who can explain, the difference in cars.

There isnt, dont worry about it. I havent seen any specific California emmisions audi/VW products ever and i see dozens a week. they all say "Applicable to US Federal and California Emissions"
