S4 b6 start fail

Hello fellow Audi owners.
I've had som problems when starting my b6 s4.
it has happend about 6-7 times that i start the car and it starts and after 2-3 secs i dies and when i start it again it will react like nothing ever happend.
But about 1 month ago i started the car and it started but instead of idleing at 900rpm it was at about 400 and with engine light doesnt turn off. The car does nothing even with stwpping on the gas so i turn off the car and then start again and same there reacts like nothing ever happend. Now today it happend again after driving from sweden to spain 3300km drive with out stoping except for gas. What could these be? Do this errors come from the same problem? Anyone with simular problem?

Sounds like your fuel filter is clogged. Relatively easy fix and i would change it anyway as they are prone to clog up. changed mine at less than 45,000 miles. filter is located in front of left rear wheel. You need to check if yours has 3 or 4 lines prior to purchasing a new one. Good Luck, let me know how it goes!
