You might consider another trans fluid change in 500 miles. I'd guess you got maybe 1/3 of the old fluid out of the trans including trans cooler and lines? Did the shop drop the pan and clean it and change out the filter as well?
If not you got even less and the new fluid will help dissolve/suspend gook that was in the pan.

Yes, the filter and the gasket was replaced, the pan and the magnets were cleaned.

I was thinking of doing another oil change within the first 2-3K miles.
