How to file a complaint or get some action

I've ordered some items from an AW member (former vendor) which no longer work and supposedly are covered by a warranty. That member has ignored PM's and direct e-mails and now apparently is no longer accepting PM's (not sure if it's just from me or universally).
What would you suggest is my next step to get some resolution? I don't wish to publicly slam this member unless that is the only way to get action. The items in question are certainly not expensive and I could go elsewhere for replacements, but I don't like being ignored and the rest of your members should know if this company is not to be trusted.
PM me if you'd like to keep this off the airwaves.
