Setting the adaptation code in the Control Head (07) to 16 in channel 6 and to 4 in channel 12 seems to have worked, I now have voice commands to call and store numbers. I had it at the dealer yesterday but I don't think he did anything. Let me know if this works for you otherwise I will try to scan all the settings and send them to you

This did the trick for me as well. Thank you so much. I knew that is was not as difficult as the dealer made it appeared.

How did you figure it out?

This one set of settings has made my VAG-COM worth the purchase. Now I am ready to try some other things.

I don't know if you guys are still around or if you still remember details but this is exactly problem I have with same equipment. I can answer a call and other part can hear me, but I do not hear anything. Did everything you suggested but steel no luck. I am missing that Success! part.

I have tested speakers as recommended and they do not pulse. How to make them to do so?
