Default GSG-5 and a question

I bought a GSG-5 special edition awhile back...
its a fun gun the few times Ive actually taken it to the range :]

Just wondering are we allowed to sell firearms through this forum?

And if so does anyone know if there are any restrictions or how about shipping a firearm goes?

If you are shipping firearms to a different state than your home state, you will have to use an FFL dealer to receive the firearm in the destination state. The FFL will also do the transfer to the buyer.

Depending on what state you live in, there may be restrictions on how a firearm is to be transferred from a seller to a buyer which resides in the same state as the seller.

Some states allow a face to face deal on long guns (rifles and shotguns) with citizens from adjacent states.

Out of state pistols sales must always go through an FFL dealer of the seller's state to another FFL dealer of the buyer's state. Even trading pistol C&R's across state lines requires an FFL license 03 for the C&R collector.
