I wonder what it cost to import it. Maybe since the engine is already being used in other models it isn't too hard to get one of these certified? No idea myself but just curious. Nice car.

I don't know if that V6 would be the same as the engine fitted to the Q7, etc. I'm sure it does not have the required pollution gear since the system used in the USA is unique to NAmerica.

Man, I would love to have that car over here. I'm just holding onto my 2004 allroad in hopes that someday there will be a tdi wagon of some sorts. The Q's just don't do it for me.

Agreed. And my wife is much better off with a traditional station wagon than the Q, which we had as a loaner two weeks ago. She'd kill to get into another diesel wagon...

Ditto here - love my Q7 TDI and for trucking around kids and stuff it works great. A diesel wagon would be sweet. Hopefully someday my wife could get an A6 Avant TDI and then I could sell the Q7 and maybe score an S5 or something for me to have a little fun in.
