when should the timing belt hydrolic tentioner be changed?

Typically the timing belt tensioner pulley will be changed at the intervall of the timing belt (120'000km)together with the water pump, thermostat, etc.
I am unaware of a change intervall for the hydraulic tensioner itself communicated by the manufacturer.
