Is the B8 Avant going for invoice these days?

I am at the point where I am deciding between an A4 Avant Prestige + Side Assist or Q5 Premium Plus + navi + B&O + 19" wheels. The dealership is pushing towards the Q5 - not sure why? I like both cars in different ways so it's hard to decide. Anyway, is the B8 Avant going for invoice price these days? I did a search on this forum and found that almost 8+ months ago, people were mentioning that they were getting invoice prices already. So how come Edmunds, Carsdirect and Truecar etc still show that people are paying way above invoice for the B8 (sedan and Avant)? Could it just be that the posters here are getting better pricing than most buyers out there? I am confused! Please help. Also, there is apparently not a single Prestige + Side Assist in the entire country's stock! Is that possible? I guess that means that I will have to special order it? Does that really affect my negotiating power? If I special order now, I guess the car will not even be here until March. Does it disqualify me for the current Audi finance rate specials since they end on 1/4/10? Thanks in advance for all your help!
