Default Interesting misfires after rebuild

Ok, so as some of you may know I bent a rod a few months back and had to do a rebuild. I went with forged internals and a K04.

When accelerating through the gears aggressively I get misfires right past 6K rpm's. Car sputters then if I keep on it I'll get a flashing CEL and the car will start to run as normal again and the flashing CEL goes away after 30 sec. or so. Car runs perfect at all other rpm's.

I scanned the car and got misfires on cylinders 1 & 3 the last time I scanned. Do you think that it could be bad coils? Should I replace all 4 (R) coils now that the rebuild is complete? I may try swapping the coils around and see if the misfire travels to 2&4 (btw, how are the cylinders numbered? I think front is 1 and rear is 4 but I'm not positive.)

Right now I'm running a new set of NGK BKR6E that are properly gaped.
