I don't think it would be plug and play.. Honestly, I don't know what you'd need to make it work.

B5 Rs4? I think they will work....but not sure if its plug and play. Docurley (sp?) over on Audizine used some B5 RS4's on his old OEM RS4 widebody before it was stolen. Not sure if he made any modifications (i.e. custom/modified carriers, or RS4 uprights). But I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping you out if you shot him a quick PM.

BTW....360mm is HUGE....i'm sure you'd have to do a rear BBK as well, to offset the brake bias up front. I'd say you've at least have to go with the 269mm A8 rotor/S4 rear caliper option. Definitely ask Doc about that too...he's a real helpful guy

Here I am,

Ok to make this work you will need RS4 brake line or have some made up and S4 or B6 uprights or what ever you guys have to do to get S4 brakes on but with the RS4 brake lines and then your good to go no custom parts are needed.

hope that helped.

Possible, yes. But is it a good upgrade? Probably not. You'll still have crappy sliding calipers and heavy discs.
Have you measured the piston sizes and compared them to the stock A4? To not throw the bias off they should be smaller than the stock A4 pistons. If they are larger, figure a new master cylinder into the equation as well,
