The only way I use a laptop is with the trackpad. I very RARELY plug in a mouse on a laptop, even when I'm setup at a desk for extended period of time.

I also have a Lenovo S10 and find the trackpad annoying but usable.

I dont think so that there would any big problem without trackpad.
