WCF claims to have a photo of the next gen S4 doing cold weather testing. No solid info on the powerplant - which is the question on everybody's mind!

Some guy accidentally shot some pics in Germany. Not the final S4 exterior but brakes and back point to it being one.

Great pics. Seeing an S4 Avant looking ready to go and with official info releases about the standard Avant prior to Geneva... is anyone else wondering if an S4 Avant might make a surprise debut at the show?

I spied one in North America. I was on my bicycle at an intersection so I got a good look and a good earful. It might stir up some controversy, but it sure didn't sound like a V6 turbo to me. Sounded more like a V8 or V10. I didn't ask them to pop the hood.

OK Jason, I am new to this so maybe it was naive to even think the S4 might be there. When (IYHO) do you reckon we will see something official/a release?

Believe me, everybody wants to know for sure. I pumped all my contacts and via triangulation everything is pointing to Paris.

The B5 and B6 S4's both made their world debuts in Paris FWIW.

Or they find out very late. AoA wouldn't necessarily know about a big surprise.
