Just thought I'd share
![]() Mounted the grillage this past weekend and it was pretty straight forward. Difficulty Scale = 3 (bumper removal can be a PITA) OEM RS4 Grille (Brushed Aluminum Frame) w/all black filler plate & OEM S4 grille badge Per the recommendation of "gtikid98", I mounted the OEM S4 grille badge with 2 part epoxy. I measured the X&Y axis of the stock S4 grille badge location and matched it up to roughly the same location on the OEM RS4 grille. Placed enough epoxy to complete secure the S4 badge tabs to the mesh grille. One needs to be careful though not to be messy. Mounted the Winter Setup too, this past weekend. Dunlop Winter Sport M3s on my Stock 18" BBS wheels. I elected to keep the S4 Caliper Springs on. I'm sure they'll be fine. On a side note: With an offset of 43 on the stock BBS, I did not care too much for that "tucked-in" look in the rear (being that I was accustom to 35et) so I got these H&R Spacers (8mm) for the rears. ![]() ![]() Sorry no pics of that, but if you wanna see them, I'll take pics. Next Up >>> Clear Corner Mod (wish me luck)

Did you take the S4 badge out of it's holder that is built in to the S4 grille and then stick it to the RS4 grille? I'm probably going to do this tonight as I have the epoxy. Thanks for the pictures.
Also, are you baking your headlights to clear the corners? I'd be really interested in seeing a write up or at least pictures of this. I've seen the one at vwvortex, but another can't hurt!

I am still deciding whether to go 17" winter or 18" winter setup. And thinking of getting some Winter 3D instead of M3.
Sorry, didn't mean to hi-jack the thread. Nice mode BTW. .

Yes, I mounted the S4 badge w/o the S4 grille badge holder...
I nestled the S4 badge tabs contacting the mesh and then just bonded those 2 surfaces to the the mesh. I gobbed more epoxy to totally engulf the tabs and added more epoxy to even more mesh. That badge ain't going nowhere. I was a little hesitant to do to the EasyBakeOven Method but after reading "Fluffhead's" experience in doing this same CC mod, I am more at ease that I can tackle it, error free.

If you use your stock 18s for your summer meats, than I would definitely go the 17" route.
Just make sure your fitment is perfect. Thanks for the props, BTW
