What does a supercharer do to the engine. With aircraft engines you have to use stronger engine parts. Do you have to change out any of the engine parts? Also what does this do to gas mileage?

It is desinged to work on the STOCK internals... Gas mileage typically will remain the same UNDER NORAML DRIVING CONDITIONS; of course you will have a superharger and NOT drive normal.

does that mean the stock internals will have a shorter lifespan? Im sure they are under alot more stress than normal conditions.

your car might have 520Hp or it might have 620HP. Its amazing the delta you see with high power cars. My guess just like with an exhaust you might see +10 or +15 or +20 depending on the car. The more HP expected the bigger that delta gets.
