Default Cam Tensioner Replacement AWM 2001 how to

I spent the last 8 months with a K04 and no power.(a few those months didnt allow for a $350 part)
I didnt take Pictures for a couple reasons.
1. The finace has the Digi cam.
2. This i a fairly complicated project.
3. It would slow me down.

here are the required tools

Flathead screw driver
6mm Allen wrench
T-30 Torx socket
10 mm deep well socket
Paint Pen
razor blade( to remove zip ties)
Torgue Wrench

Part Required
New Cam tensioner
New Valve Cover Gasket
New Cam Tensioner Gasket

Supplies
Zip Ties
Replacement hose clamps

this is an abreviated work list
Remove Plug Wires and harness
Remove Coil Packs
Remove 2ndary air pump pipes and boots
Remove valve cover
Remove Combi Valve (very Importantiif you dont you cannot remove the intake camshaft and cam tensioner.

Paint/ mark teeth on cam gear and chain. Intake and exhaust

Remove end bearing caps on exhaust cam
Remove All Intake Cam bearing caps.
Loosen all bolts on cam tensioner

Remove the tensioner retainer from new tensioner
( put new tensioner in a vice, dont clamp hard and use a rag to prevent damage.)

Install new tensioner retainer on old tensioner

Rotate Cam tensioner and intake camshaft up to remove old tensioner.

Place new gasket and plug into place

Fit new tensioner between camshafts

Rotate down and loosely tighten bolts

Doulble check that the teeth are in the same position they were when you started.

Then put all back together using proper torque specs.

Over all this is not terribly difficult but it is tedious. Use care to keep area clean and debris free.

Use a torque wrench.

Default haha finally got around to it... now dyno the bitch and let's see how she does!

i went and got dahlback software like you recommended. oh man, i love the chip. its so much more dif than the giac-x. smoother, turbo spools faster. and holy shiiitttt, the freeway driving is night and day, way more power in 5th gear.

anyways, they said i can get 220-235hp/280tq out of exhaust,n75k, test pipe. so i will be the highest boosting/fastest k03 out there, thats the plan.
