!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EVERYONE WITH DRC ISSUES.....READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A week or so I posted a thread about creating a database of RS6's and possibly pursuing legal action against Audi of America concerning the Dynamic Ride Control (DRC). Today I received a positive response from Audi and am asking all of you who have had problems with the system to call or email me. As I posted earlier, I am an attorney here in the Boston area and have followed this forum for some time.
I have not responded to any of the threads since my intial posting, but have received numerous emails from many of you and have replied back. The best way to correspond now is through email or voicemail. Please let me hear from everyone because I think ALL will be pleasantly surprised.
As I posted earlier, I am both a consumer and enthusiast of the Audi product. I would simply like Audi to recognize that there is a defect in design and I'm not looking for financial gain from any RS6 owner.
Respectfully,
Attorney Robert Iacovelli

I am sorry not to get back to you sooner, I pulled all my service records but I have not had the
time to scan them to email. I'll snail mail it to you. It's too many pages to Fax.
Thank you,

Wow...that is some good action on your part. Even if you are not looking for any financial gain...
...and I do NOT own a RS6, I would be happy to treat you to lunch on behalf of the AudiWorld folks (I have an officed in Westborough) in the near future!

Amen. : ) F'me. Good thing the damn car really is THAT awesome to put up with it.. Hell
at least i can say to where ever the hell i drop it off for scrap after all these years is that most of the parts except for the frame and the engine block are new or low mileage.
Well as a frequent flier I do get whatever loaner i request, it is a great way to test new cars...the 09 A4 2.0T...not bad at all, definitely better than the last generation, but after two weeks...ready for the ease of getting in/out of my bigger RS6 with full -10 winter gear, and I need my real hp back.
