p0021 and p0421help

check engine lite came on today, hooked up my scanner and got two codes one is P0021;
"A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance Bank 2, and the other one is P0421 (Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold, any info on this codes would be great hope is nothing bad. thanks
