Default minor things that piss me off compared to my old B5

*HomeLink and the keyless entry remote seem to have less range.

*The mirrors in the visors are much lower quality.

*The cup "holder" needs to be recalled, or renamed to the cup "launcher".

*The hand-brake doesn't go up high enough without raising my armrest.

*The head unit seems to vary volume using some random algorithm.

*I wish I could have both zones of the climate control synchronized.

What am I forgetting?

By the way, the car is great in general

Default some of the things that piss you off can be fixed....

My homelink doesnt work from far away, but i have gotten the keyless entry to work from 250 feet before. There is a way to sync the climate controls, its in the manual i just forget how. The volume is varied using an RPM & Speed Algorithm you are correct and it can be quite random.

Default to sync climate controls...

Hold down the auto button until they sync up, it'll turn your A/C on but it's the only way to synchronize them back up.

Default The radio volume bugs me the most...

It can't just be based on RPM and Speed because I can be going a constant speed and it'll vary up and down randomly. Now that the weather is consistently warmer here, it tends to be really bad when I first turn on the car and the fan kicks in on high. I wish I could turn off the auto-volume control, but my radio is missing that menu setting. So, I'm going to try to get a replacement when I go in for service...at least maybe I can get one that lets me turn that feature off.

My keyless remote is actually far better than my B5 one was. I used to have to be right next to the car to use the key remote. Now I can be inside my house (with all doors closed) and unlock the car. Not that I need to do that...I just discovered it by accident.

I still like the ski sack (aka "the hockey stick sack"), however I miss the removable panel opening (from the trunk-side) as I tend to leave the ski sack expanded most of the time. I'm worried I'm going to break the new ramp-like opening when I put hockey bags on top of it.

Default There is supposed to be a way to turn it off.

But if I follow the information in the manual, I never see the menu item to change the auto-volume setting.
