I drop off my car for a Tial kit install at the beginning of April.

Two weeks is the goal.

7 weeks later after being constantly given the run-around and virtually 0 progress on my install, 3 rental cars, a vacation, and about 1500 dollars later I confront Chase.

I goes something like this. Although I didn't have a tape recorder this is the best I can remember.

I demand an exact date of completion.

He tells me to "check that **** at the door"

I say "Give me a date... You can't even give me a date" and continue to tell him that I have no confidence in the build being completed by the time the car needs to be tuned.

He says "You're about to be out of here! You don't come in to my office and talk to me like that"

I say "Don't ****ing yell at me like I'm one of your ****ing kids"

I say "You can't even give me an answer of when my ****ing car is going to be done"

He rebutts with "You call here 2 - 3 times a day bothering everyone!"

I rebutt with "I shouldn't have to even ****ing call here anymore"

I give up in asking when my car is going to be done because he can't make an intelligent statement and is yelling at this point and I'm pretty sure I was also.

He tells me I have 10 minutes to get out then walks away. He walks back 5 seconds later and tells me to get the **** out. I say you told me I had 10 minutes idiot. He tells me I have 10 minutes to get my CAR out of his shop which is very convienient since my engine is on the floor, no suspension is in the car, the front clip is off, all my parts are somewhat scattered through his shop.

He gets in my face and yells at me to get the **** out.

I say "Hit me... I know you wanna ****ing hit me motha ****ahhhhhh."

He looked like he wanted to hit me. Gives me a good indication of why he has no wedding ring (it of course could be for various reasons).

I take a walk with Collins and calm down a bit.

Figure out what to do.

Do it.
