Default Several clubs allow real bars.

I know that BMW CCA in the Puget Sound region has been forced to not allow any convertibles by their national level, but am not sure who the second club is dojo speaks of.

In the Portland area BMW ACA, Oregon PCA, Alfa and most others all allow drop top cars with roll bars and harnesses. Not all of those actually require a full bar, but I certainly prefer one in mine that is over my helmet.
