Default New :: 2006 A8L

I had the opportunity to flip my 2005 A8L thru Prestige Imports.

So I executed a sold-order purchase on a 2006 A8L with the exact packages and options that I wanted.

Before ::

After ::

2006 A8L 4.2 Brilliant Black | Black interior

Premium Package
Sport Package
Alcantara Package
Front Seat Vent and Massage
Solar Sunroof
Rear Seat Electric Lumbar Adjustments
Dual Rear Seat Climate Control
Dual Paned Security Glass
Ski Sack

So here's what's new and different - and why this car is so much better than the 2005 ::

Leather : So much more supple than 2005. Better quality and the ventillation feature is subtle but effective.

Solar : It was 95 degrees the day I took delivery. Works better than I expected.

Bluetooth : Such a smart system that I cannot believe I was using OnStar just 3 days ago and liked it. After the system imported the data from my Motorola SLVR SIM card, it read the Entourage database on my Apple PowerBook G4 thru Bluetooth as well.

Sports Package : This is the killer option. Lower, stiffer, paddle shifters! So fun. Great wheels that make the car look way more agressive. I would suggest to all that you order this package.

Dual Paned Glass : Quiet. Incredibly quiet.

Adaptive Headlights : It really works.

Power Door Close Assist : Perfect for kids and wives that cannot close the door.

And now I have a few things left to do to finish the car ::

Spacers : H&R DRA 20MM in front. H&R DRA 30MM in rear.

Tint : Huper Optik 30%

Front Trim : Bought the trim pieces that Der Kimbo was selling last month. They eliminate the yellow signal light for the full-black front optic.

Clear Bra : TBD. Suggestions welcome.

More pictures to come when I finish.

Default Beautiful car. Very nice.

AWOT's People of Color: Soul Brotha numba tree.

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control
the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all
property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." - 'Thomas Jefferson' 1802

Default can I ask how old you are? VERY Impressive car, but I see it for the 40+ crowd.
