Anyone in Orange County know how to change a CV boot??
I'll supply the parts, but i dont have much in tools. If you know how to and got the tools let me know. I'll pay 100 for labor and provide transportation within 20 miles or i'll go to your place.
If anyone is interested let me know,
Thanks

If your car is southern raised...
not too big a deal. I think its better bet to replace the whole CV joint. Gets you a new joint, grease, boots and bolt. a pinch on boot is a poor substitute and will fail quickly.
but buy 2 cans of PB Blaster and start spraying the UCA pinch bolts each day for a week or so.
Mine was a HUGE PITA to get off.
Also, consider raxles.com. Just replace the whole drive shaft as a unit. Just did that done on my VW and it was a bit easier, though more $.
