Default Guess what guys: a 2nd Falken GRB FK-451 blew out on me today...

2 for a weekend, not bad, eh? :T This time I could stop right away and so the tire's intact, but completely flat. No nails, no obvious puncture.

Now I'm running my old Dunlop SP9090 as a stop gap, and debating whether to get a set of new tires now or next summer... No more Falken for me...

For those who missed my first blow out

Default You have got to be kidding me. Which wheel this time?

I hot those hard turns we took last week didn't play a part in the tire failure.

Default The 1st one was driver's side front; this time it's the other front.

Default Absolutely no idea. I was going on the leftmost lane on the freeway...

All of a sudden I started hearing "thub thub thub", which after another 15 seconds became a vibration. I pulled over right away.

Hoping the wheels are okay... I had to call roadside assistance, since I was visiting my parents and had no access to my extra set of wheels (thus was out of a spare)
