Default dawn or tide in the washing machine?

I have a bunch of MF towels used to apply and buff off wax. Should I put dawn or Tide (deep clean) in the washing machine so I can get rid of the wax residues?

thanks

Default Dawn will make too many bubbles and flood your house.

Use liquid Tide and rinse twice. When you start the second rinse cycle, add a cup of white vinegar. It will help break up any residual wax left in the towels.

Default There is soap out now specifically for MF towels

Several of the online detailing places now sell it, but I have not tried it yet. I just use powdered tide in my FL washer, with a little Calgon and an extra rinse cycle.

Default And dry on the low heat or cool cycle for maximum "fluff"!

Default The Autogeek giveaway included Pinnacle's version of MF soap

I've used it. Works pretty well. Not sure it does much more than what a detergent/vinegar washing does, but it does the job.

Default Tide shold be find for wax residue but for grease, dawn (or any other liquid dish detergent)....

works great. Especially for the MF I use drying the door jams, etc. Just a few "squirts" of the stuff in the washing machine should clean the dirtiest of towels. I haven't had a problem with "too many bubbles", but you could always give them the dawn treatment in a bucket prior to washing in the washing machine. I've also used the pinnacle MF restorer, but found dawn to work best on filthy MF.

Dawn works great as a spot pre-treatment for grease and oil stains on clothes too prior to normal clothes washing.

Default Dishwashing liquid in the washing machine - sounds an "I Love Lucy" episode.
