Anythoughts on general value,etc? I do not even have the engine size other than it possibly has Reichswehr Berlin District plates on it.

If you want to get an estimate of value, look at eBay Germany:

(note that the nostalgic value of an NSU is higher in Germany, so prices will indicate that....more than how rare the bike is)
