Help replaceing strut mount

The right side strut has broken out of the mount can anyone help with info on fixing it or do I have to take to a shop to have it done?? How bad is it to drive the car in the condition?

Otherwise, bring a new one into the shop of your choice and have them pop it on....and then align the car for you.

I have a impact gun so what is it need to do? It has poped threw the mount when I hit a bump it is very loud. The struts where put in last year.
