Default Anybody know the measurement specs for the Euro mount rear bumper?

Need to know the specs of where holes need to be drilled. As shown in pix. The DOT is the upper left, the Euro mount lower right in box. Has anybody got a good way to do this?

Default That lower hole on the Euro looks awfully close to where the big hole is on the DOT...

Default You can measure the mtg. config. from the EURO rebar, but...

I slotted the holes so that I could adjust the height. I made a mounting plate out of stainless steel that had the slotted holes in it.
