to my registry listing at that site. Shameless!
Stay tuned, I am supposed to have a posting at the NEO Oil site/Baker Precision, as soon as they get it up and running again. |

As you may or may not know, I'm doing an S2 conversion using an AAN (converted to RS2 ADU specs) into a CQ. It's all being documented at the link below.
Anyway, this is a full "race" conversion, though the car may never see anything other than DE. So, I'm not making any compromises to performance, except where limited by imagination (not much problem) or pocketbook (MUCH more of a problem). ;-) Last week, I finally stripped the interior and I have begun working on the wiring harness stuff. What a headache. Anyway, I have been considering having an easily accesible fuse/relay panel like you have in your center console. So, I kind of wanted to see what you (or Audi Sport?) had done. Obviously, I have no radio nor A/C, so I was going to do a custom panel for gauges anyway. That was the other thing I was checking: gauge placement, etc. Any thoughts? Anything you would change or advise against? BTW, "fusilier" is my buddy and we live in the same town, so its nice to have his car for inspiration as well. The nice thing about your car is that it is more of an apples to apples comparison. I'm eager to learn about all the decisions Audi Sport made with this chasis. I have long lurked on all of your posts! Cheers, Jimmy Pribble
