I just read one interesting article about xenon light and how long they last!
Message of article was that we should not wait until light breaks because bulb will lose it power (and that is difficult to notice because it happens slowly). They made test and measured what is capasity of xenon light after use. They had several cars equiped with xenon lights and they were testing light capasity after sertain times. after 25 000 km capasity was 80-85% after 75000 km capasity was 75% after 125 000 km capasity was 30-20% ..of capasity of new bulb So time will effects a lot to xenon light. Also how many times light are switched on and of effect to life span of lights. Factories are saying that lifespan of bulb is about 3000 hours and that needs about 125 000 km. But as you see, it might be time to change bulbs before that! So how many of you have shange bulbs and how many miles you have (lights on)? |

Xenon light Life expectancy is approx. 2,000 hours vs. 400 hours for Halogen light
