7000 Mile Drive For Cancer Research

DRIVING FOR CANCER In August I plan to make my first post-bone marrow transplant trip back to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center www.seattlecca.org As of April 1, 2007 I have survived 3 years following my stem cell transplant there. I was never expected to last a year and was given up many times. On behalf of www.mydoctorsresearchfoundation.org I will drive from New Jersey to Seattle. I am hoping to raise $2/mile x the 7000 round-trip miles, with all net proceeds going to cancer research, particularly my disease: CLL. I would like to raise money for two world respected clinicians at www.roswellpark.org who have made great strides in cancer research some of which have saved my life. All sponsors will receive personal or corporate recognition as appropriate on the website and car. Contributions are tax deductible.
