![]() I was hoping for a faster time, but (here come the excuses) this was done with pump gas (93 octane) NOTHING removed from the car, not even my toolbox, the temp was 90 degrees, high humidity, and my tach/speedo would quit working briefly during a run, so I was guessing at shift points, and finally, it's untuned ![]() I was tryin to raise the boost, but my $20 ebay special dial-a-death is really hard (impossible) to dial in without spending some time on the road. I actually had it overboosting on the last 2 runs (22+ psi) I could hear it detonating on the highway, but not at the strip with a helmet on and the windows up. I made 8 runs, and most of them I either messed the launch up (bog) or bogged it on the 1-2 shift. I think it's running too rich in 1st gear, and it's fouling the plugs out briefly on the 1-2 shift. I bogged the launch on the 2nd to last run, and ran a 13.781 @ 106.13 (2.402 60ft), and the last run I bogged the 1-2 shift, and ran a 13.378 @ 105.38 (1.976 60 ft) Good news is the water injection performed great, with the minor exception of a leaky pump. 100F intake temps in 90F weather is good for me ![]() Heres the log for this run (blocks 2,11,33)

Im not all about throwing down the fastest time.. I just want to know how I will do when I face another car on the street..
either way.. those are pretty good times for a car that isn't tuned.. ![]() Damm I just checked out your mass air flow numbers.. what size MAF housing do you have? My little titty pulls in around 210gm/sec with a 3" housing..
