Default APR Stage 3 audi tt -- got a chance to hop on a dyno today (video) >>

Long story short - the TT didn't blow up and made some good power. The dyno was at TDC Tuning in Concord, NH.

I'm happy with the results. I ran 100 octane (cam 2 at sunoco) and did three runs. They were almost all the same which is cool. Two of the runs I had my boost machine set and one of them I had it bypassed. I keep my boost machine set very conservatively because I use it as more of conditioner than a boost maker. It made more torque with the machine - so mad props to schwing

I whipped up this little video below for your entertainment. I shot this on my still camera (canon S500) which also does video and edited it while my wife was cooking a new years meal (it's my job to clean, not cook).

Do these numbers look about right for stage III at the wheel? APR claims 340 at the crank with 100 octane.

Happy new year's eve folks!
Andrew

Default hey meem. if you want it it's yours. i read the thread >>

and thought you didn't want it. it fits very close to oem. i needed to trim a little bit of my battery compartment, but some do not. we can do a test fit and you can decide then.

write me.

Default i didn't have to trim anything...maybe for 180HP TTs you do...in my case...no trimming

required.

my battery box was getting brittle from all the heat. the top section was cracked as well...including the surround box at the seams. so i took everything out. Optima's are not affected by heat like lead-acid type batteries are.

Default Those in race mode or just 100 octane in 93 mode? Either way...good power. My A4 made 1whp less. =(
