CEL on due to no cat...
think this will hinder my T-28 chip?
Also, is there a way to bypass to turn off the CEL

It will not hurt the T28 chip since the 2nd 02 sensor has nothing to do with tuning
it is just to make sure the cat is working correctly. To get it from throwing a DTC you need to find a way to trick the ecu into thinking the 02 sensor is within specs.
