Continuing my weekend project . . .
I acquired the various parts from Home Depot and completed the dry fit: ![]() So far parts are as follows: from http://www.metalwork.org/home.html FRL family BIT 1/4 0-30 PSI valve from http://www.norgren.com/usa/ 1 x V07-200-NNAA (RELIEF VALVE) $20.65 1 x T55A2800 (CHECK VALVE 1/4 NPT) $10.60 And from Home Depot: 1 A-710 PB109 Square head plug 1/8" $1.07 ea 2 A-730 PB101 1/4" Female pipe tee $3.69 ea 4 A-729 PB122 Hex nipple 1/4" $1.17 ea 4 A-192 PB225 1/4" x 1/4" ID Hose barb to MIP adapter $1.49 ea 4 A-739 PB116 FIP to MIP street elbo 1/4" $2.39 ea ![]() Next is some hose from Hose Techniques and wrap the pipe threads with tape and continue fitment. More photos as progress is made here. |

Part of my "Open Source" Mod support... Many choose not too...By the time you add in the hose, Fabricate a bracket, source all the parts, etc. it's not that much of a premium for me to build one....But a lot of people get a lot of satisfaction out of doing their own.....Part of why I took that approach to begin with.....

I normally outsource but in this case I'm looking to gain the sense of satisfaction that comes from DIY. Of course I'm using Steve's knowledge base (pics, posts, etc.) to help out.

Just get some heavy duty black hose from Autozone or Murrays and then see how it works before getting the hosetechniques stuff. You may just like the black, since your TT is black.
Nice job. Feels good to do it yourself.
