Default we are looking santa monica / venice / edge of marina del ray...

as thats where id really like to be.
i have some clients in that area and bev hills.
my gf will most likely have to head out to burbank though, i wouldnt want to do that drive

we have a friend that has a decent place by the beach in marina and if i can get something in teh same price range i would be pretty happy.
i also dont think i want to rent a place where i would have to park the TT on the street.

Default SM to Burbank is only 20-30 in the AM...

...up to an hour at 6:00 PM. I have the hell drive, Laguna to Burbank. Over 3 1/2 hours a day, hence the 'beater'. Not a drive for a TT

Default What are you talking about? Marina Del Rey is far from BH!! I'd opt. for ...

the drive to Burbank before I'd drive the fricken 405 to Marina Del Rey. There's a great area called Carthay Circle, east of BevHills. Nice place, older duplex like apts. Nice though. Or West Hollywood has very nice places too. Santa Monica via surface streets sucks, to and from BH. Choose wisely my son!

Default An hour is normal for LA. Even just over in Sherman Oaks is cool.
