Every single TT on the market has the same design flaw. The dang things keep running low on fuel...
I assume that we all follow Audi's recommendation of filling up with at least 91 octane. I wonder how specific people are beyond that. When you fill up your TT, where do you go for gas? A) cheapest place for 91 octane I can find B) cheapest place for 93 octane I can find C) cheapest place for race gas (100+ octane) I can find D) specific brand gas station (Sunoco, Exxon, etc.) - please specify E) whatever station I'm near when I need gas F) any parking lot - syphoning is free G) I have the fusion generator mod, so I don't need gas H) Rahul Self-response: B (I haven't found any difference between brands, so I save my pennies) Last week's results: Tryptophan addicts - the lot of you!

but if not, major brand 93 octane...
non-branded gas stations get their petrol from too wide a variety of sources -- much easier to get nasty gas that way... well, that and chili dogs, but that's neither here nor there.

Mobil 93 - always (mostly 'cause they sent me this nifty fobber deally and I don't have to "pay" for the gas - which is worth at least the $.10 a gallon premium I pay for there stuff), but I usually go on Sundays (if I remember and/or need gas), when it's $.05 off on 93 octane. Obviously.
Also, I just ate a pre-pre-pre-x-mas cookie w/the green sparklie things and now my tongue is green - I'm going to show all the accounting monkeys - woo hoo!!! :-) |
