Which to get....trying to decide between a 02' 225 ALMS in Avus or a 03' 225 in Dolomite gray.

a deal on the ALMS? Only things you won't get with Dolomite are the 18", 9-spoke wheels and the red interior. That said, the red interior is not for everyone and the wheels can be bought from Audi, but for a pretty steep charge. Tough choice.

that's what turns some people on is the color variations.

The red interior isn't lipstick red, but a bit more gentle on the eyes but every red leather seat I've seen shows age crazing more than the darker colors after a few years.
