Default Hey Joe I realize your probably pretty fumed about this

what with all the crap service. But have you thought about getting the seats re-upholstered by a different place? It shouldnt be to hard to get a good match on the leather. ALso depending on where you go, it probably wont be super expensive either. I looked into getting an entire interior done and it was only a several hundred canadian. I know what you mean...Ive got a 2001 and its a dark grey colour...absolutely not black. The reason why the colour changed is probably that the original dye was degrading the leather and braking it down...or the hide itself was inferior...Hell Ive seen Hondas with a half million kms on them with only fractionally cracked leather...Joe Im with you on this one...we all bought a supposively high quality high end product and we got ripped...no ifs ands or buts...my final straw with AUdi has been their unbeievably bad rude customer service reps..

Dave

Default rasTTa...before treating seats why not take to car interior shop and ask they blend/match colors???.

I have done this on restoring cars...not a big deal but really needs to be done before rubbing leather down with treatments..

Default Well - the existing passenger seat has been treated so it's considerably different in color etc.

I'm not sure what i'm gonna do right now. I'll probably hold off on the treatment until I get this situation resolved.

Default Well, of course you are! You are an Audi owner, arent you?

Come on now, shake yourself! Of course its your fault, Audi service sucks.

Now, get back in your car, go really fast, and just ignore the pieces falling off your car, sir. Enjoy it while it holds together.
