Default Creaking/Squeaking/rattle noise on doors on roadster

Finally after many many visits to the local dealer, and a alot of rude behavior I wrote to the VP of Audi US and 7 weeks later results came.

The fix for the noise is a part for the door. A door striker made out of graphite. No metal on metal noise and voila the noise is gone.

Finally, after 1 year and 6 months, my $45,000 German car doesn't squeak and rattle like a Chevy. Ain't it great. Now if I could get rid of the purring gurgle noise on acceleration when the turbo clicks in and an electric seat life would be perfect.

Write back with questions.

Default The gurgling noise is your Diverter/Bypass valve.

Default I was given a new striker for the same reason, though they also claimed it would fix the light/lock

bug.

It didn't.

But, it did relieve the squeaking.
