Default Re: yeah - well they painted a rear quarter panel - then scratched their beautiful new paint so...

20Valves...how much did you pay for the rear quarter panel paint job? Was there body work done as well? My TT has both rear sides with dings right where the metal body and the plastic bumper/quarter panel come together, and I'll need some dent removal as well as paint on both parts. Any info on cost?

Default considering they scratched up my entire car by washing it...

the roof of my car by laying equipment for painting on it and all this after begging them not to wash my car after it was painted...I will never do business with their service department again.

I cut my losses and detailed the car the best I could.

Understandable...my experience with them has been just the opposite, thankfully.

Default the service manager was actually quite nice during my ESP debacle

but when I emailed them my feelings about having my car washed after that service (and all scratched up) they never responded. Its a shame they can't get their act together for all customers. One service guy couldn't see why I wouldn't be happy driving a Jetta GL for 3 weeks with no AC while they fixed my car...

Revised pricing just less than $1100 - do a search on "spoiler removal" for more info

I agree, Danbury service is horrible, if you get right down to it they are a bunch of a--holes. I stopped using them after they returned my car to me without any brake fluid in it! Anyway I got smart and got rid of the POS Audi all together!
