Default What a coincidence....

Coming back from the 1552 design show in Sarasota, I raced a newer 260hp GT as well.

On the open highway we both started at around 75mph upward. He put up a fight but by 5th gear I had slowly pulled ahead by about a car length. I was impressed with my baby.

Also my friend in his chipped 1.8T Passat joined in the fun and held his own with the V8.

Default Very nice.. Are you chipped? b.c I *tried* racing one but he gunned it and he was gone

I was in my maxima which is pretty fast and had absolutly no shot.. He had a 4 car length lead within seconds..

Default Oui, it's an '86, in daily use. Tire dimension is 125 wide on 15" wheels! :)

Default Not really surprised. It depends a lot on driver, and surface conditions...
