I decided to stick with 180Q and skip over 225Q for (I'm guessing here) the TTS 350QC. I am most certain Audi will build this car, but what do I know? No more than anyone else, I'm sure. If they build this car I want to be first in line. BTW, another customer at the dealer dropped a $5K deposit on a non existant Porsche SUV while I was there????

The Porsche SUV is some sort of co-design/concept with VW. Supposedly the VW SUVs (based on their pickup concept showed at Detroit) will be available around the 2001-2 season. The Porsche version will be different aesthetically, but basically the same (but with a lower production run). The same source says that the pickups are due for a 2005 start.
Again, supposedly. A guy we've been dealing with at Central VW in Richardson just told my brother that the pickup is in fact coming out next year, so which rumor is true, I dunno, but that's the story behind the Porsche SUVs as I know it. Oh yah, both will be fairly expensive as well.. --- Alan |
