So I call HBL Audi in Tysons Corner, VA this morning. They transfer me to the AUDI service department. Nobody answers the phone.
Note that this is a major AUDI/Porsche dealer, not a small shop. I leave a message saying I have a '00 4.2 that needs a new console display, a relay fixed because my blinkers are out and the fire safety recall work done. I ask for a call back. 4 hours later I call back and again noboby answers at AUDI service. I leave a second polite message asking for a call back concerning my call in the morning. 3 hours later I post this message on AW. Still no call back from AUDI service. I don't like driving with my blinkers out and the service people don't listen to their voice mail? Or don't call back? Is this a luxury car? Would this happen with a Lexus dealer?

Always had a good experience with Rockville-Porsche Audi. I have never had any personal experience with HBL service department, but have heard nothing but complaints about it.
I have dealt with HBL salesmen, and didn't care for them at all. |

All we need is land, a couple million and AoA's agreement.

I live right across from Dulles and make the trip to Rockville for sales and service. Its a little bit of a hike, but worth it IMO.
