A6 Vibration problems - fixed???

Sorry if this has already been answered, but Im on the TT forum mostly

Have a 2002 2.7t A6 with the wonderful wheel vibration problem - heard it was related to the AWD system? Any news on this? Currently going thru the Florida Lemon law....
