Question of the day: What happens when our own No.Radar takes his big pig of a 4.2 to an Auto-X?...

What happens when a bone-stock, floppy non-sport suspended, front-heavy pig of a pie-plate-wheeled A6 4.2 goes up against all the hyper-modified A4/S4/TT (plus an RS4 replica!!!) guys in a tight, twisty auto-x course?

Answer:

Not what you'd have expected.......and so a big shout out to No.Dot for setting fastest time of the day in the autocross at the Chicago quattro Challenge on Sunday! Would you believe that his run was 29.62, versus 28.76 for the RS-6!!! (set by a pro driver at the start of the day)

So, No.Dot takes home a BUNCH of nice prizes, plus wins the admiration and grudging respect of all 240 attendees.

And the worst part about the whole thing? Despite what many of you might think, he turns out to be a NICE GUY, despite what his innumerable posts over the last few years might have led you to believe!

Nice to meet you, BTW, No.Dot - and to put a face with the handle...

See you at a track event (to be determined) later this year.

No, I don't want to see pictures of him. I've always cherished this image of a slightly deranged individual hunched over his keyboard with a manic gleam in his eye and chuckling to himself as he pounds out his posts. No offense intended there no dot ;-)
