looks nice, I might consider getting one of those. I haven't removed the 605. How do you like it with it off?

the big difference? I can't recall any major differences... is it purely aesthetics?
Also, if you took the time to do the headlight conversion, why not go all the way and do the clear corners like I did? Just curious... looks nice! Complete with silver bulbs! :-)

The car is completely different with the relay removed. At first it felt weird, then i got used to it.
The steering is much tighter and you have more control of the car at highway speeds. More sportier feel in my opinion. JaTe

Its a direct swap bt the 2 headlights. it just pure looks. i like the way the allroad lights looks...more detailed. and yes i do have xenon lights. the ballast was just transferred from the old headlights to the new one.

the difference is that the inside the allroad housing isnt chrome like the a6 housing is. it just looks more detailed.
the reason the clear corners wasnt done was bc the dealer ordered and installed the headlights for me. it was part of an insurance settlement when i hit a pothole that destroyed the autoleveling mechanism of both stock headlights. ConEd picked up the tab for the allroad lights and nothing came out of my pocket (allroad and a6 headlights costed the same, so the dealer ordered me the allroad ones).
