* ~5/8 tank of 93 octane mobil gas
* ~3650 lbs w/ driver * ~23 PSI spike tapering to ~20.5 PSI by redline * 48F (good turbo weather) ![]() * 2 runs in both directions, 1 cut short due to sombody merging into my lane HP estimate: ![]() ECUx data: MAF... ![]() Timing... ![]() IATs... ![]() CFs... ![]() KVs... ![]() 02 voltages... ![]() EGTs... ![]() FATS... ![]() FATS+... ![]() AFR Desired... ![]() FIOT... ![]() FIDC... ![]() OT: Zeitronix update... Played with it tonight and the RPM/AFR are still flakey with both intermittently reading accurately. RPM is accurate ~10%-20% of the time whereas AFR is accurate ~1% of the time. Cold start/idle... I also added 20% to warm-up fuel (now have 130% cold start, 120% warm-up, +50 RPM) and the car is cold starting better with cyl6 still hating me though (~20 misfires in first cycle, all other cylinders totalled maybe 10 misfires). Also, bank 2 is misfiring some still at regular idle more so when cold with cyl6 again hating me the most. I've swapped ignition amps, had Piggie pressure test, had Piggie swap cyl6 coilpack to cyl 5. Next up is trying a new set of Bosch Platins and maybe moving cyl 6 injector. |

Check out the RPM, going from 192,000 to accurate and everywhere in between.

or at least to get the entire thing removed for shipment to Zeitronix.
Really, it comes down to what Mike wants, whether it's worth his time to diagnose more in depth or if he should just pull it and have me send it out to the Zeitronix guys. I believe it makes more sens to send it out so he can make $$ doing real jobs. |

your running ~20.5 PSI by redline .
How about spike @ 23 and taper to 22 PSI? I am still jealous of your timing. ![]() Edy

In order from easiest/cheapest to hardest/most expensive:
1.) Increase the MBC, which means spike to 24-25 PSI. 2.) Tweak the wastegate actuators to reduce taper and keep same MBC spike setting. 3.) Install an EBC and increase wastegate duty cycle on the top end to fight off some TIP. 4.) Get a custom tune and run N75 programmed to give me the "ideal" boost curve. Not only am I not super interested in any of these options at the moment, but I'm not sure if I really feel comfortable running 22 PSI at redline all the time. I like that I can sometimes turn the boost up to 24 PSI spike tapering to 21.5 PSI or 23.5 PSI spike tapering to 21 PSI. |

When my wideband worked, the AFR desired read the same and WOT AFR looked like this:
![]() I'm 1% richer now, doesn't make much of a difference really....maybe 12 flat AFR from 6K to redline instead of 12.1-12.2 |
