Default What does the screw in the N75 change?

I just installed a new N75, and I know people say adjust the screw.
But what does it change?

Is it the reaction time of the N75, or the set points of it?

Default If your N75 is working well, don't mess with it.

Default it adjusts the amount of air that is shunted away from the wastegate control when the N75 is active

Default Frequency/speed of actuation. CCW slows it down, CW speeds it up. The ECU controls the duty cycle.
